1. Student must be a U.S. citizen
2. Student must be a junior or senior
3. Student must be a Chemistry major
4. Student must have a 3.0 GPA
5. Preference will be given to students with financial need
6. Student must intend to pursue advanced degree
7. Student will have an interview with the chair of the Chemistry department
