Bill Harwell Memorial Scholarship

1. Student must be enrolled as a full-time student
2. Student must have earned at least 30 credit hours
3. Student must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in the School of Mathematics and Sciences
4. Student must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater
5. Student is expected to attend the Red River Balloon Rally Award Ceremony prior to receiving the award

The recipient of the Bill Harwell Memorial Scholarship will be asked to attend a reception for the Red River Balloon Rally kickoff. This event has a tentative June date that will be determined.
